SIA Will Fly in July?

In June stocks has taken some battering. Now that July has come and stocks are known to make the uptrend in July. Is SIA one of them? After failing to rise up in April 2011, the commercials seems to be approaching the net long position. We shall wait for a few more days for the confirmation of that net long position.
